We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL when shipping your order.

Processing
It is important to note that all orders include processing time before shipping out. Due to the nature of the products, some items are made to order while other products must be prepared once ordered. In general, most orders will ship out in a normal time frame.
All in stock items will ship within 5-7 business days. All items will be shipped together, in some cases in more than one package at our discretion. We do not accept requests to ship items on an order separately. If you would like items to ship separately, please place separate orders.
Soap Loaves & Guest Soaps: Soap loaves & guest soaps are made fresh to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for them to be made and to ship.
Bath Bombs, Scrubs, & Candles: These items are also made fresh to order. Fulfillment time is between 5 -14 days, however may ship sooner.
If you need your order by a certain date, include a note with your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We ship to the address you provide. If you need us to ship your order to a different address than the one you provided, contact us immediately. We cannot reship the order unless it is returned to us. In which case you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
